A Saas startup has been diligently working on simplifying the last mile freight process for their clients and creating value for firms in this complex industry. Last mile delivery has some extra constraints to the delivery process, such as when cargo can be picked up from a port, how long a carrier has to deliver it, and additional fees when an empty container arrives late to port.

The task at hand was to improve the experience, visual design and performance of the product as well as prepare it for launch to market.
