As part of my education on the Product, I was given access to a demo version, in order to begin understanding how the product works.

OUTCOME

The first time I opened the app, I was overwhelmed with the amount of information that was immediately perceivable, and the lack of descriptive text or even an onboarding flow.

There are labels, buttons and tags with different colors on the cards, but once you press them you end up in screens with more information, inconsistently presented and just as overwhelming.

At this point in time I still did not know all the inner workings of the app, and had a limited depth of knowledge on it.
