I interviewed multiple users in different cities, documented everything and at the end of each day I would send a report of findings, and make small adjustments to the prototype based on the insights.
In this way I was able to do A/B testing with users and even co-create a user a suggestion for better navigation.
I setup my testing with Figma Mirror, but I found out in the field that I had to have a computer nearby.
That night I created a Marvel account and set up a the prototype there. I also had a Maze prototype set up, but in the field only one would prove its worth.
Although the most simple of solutions, Marvel really saved the day!
Every session was recorded to bring back to the team, the success of this initiative became the basis for weekly design studio meetings.
