EVIDENCE

PROCESS

On smaller screens users would find they could only view two items at a time. Which meant that users couldn't read full descriptions, because of a text limit. A pronounced green select button dominated each card taking away precious space, especially on smaller phones.

CHALLENGE

The business view was that because there weren't many clicks happening; perhaps this screen was best to be scrapped altogether.

OUTCOME

I understood the business goals for this page, and the impact it would have on users if executed right.

So I took on this challenge.

"A problem well stated, is a problem half solved."
