A lot of talent called for a lot of strong and great opinions, what the company needed was a productive way of channeling these different insights and channeling them into actionable solutions for the product.
The initially proposed 3-hour meeting, morphed into an exciting multi-day event.
This meant a lot of resources for the company focused on one meeting.
